I wish I could say we are all nestled warmly up at the cabin for Christmas enjoying freshly fallen snow, but that won’t be happening this year. Our external tankless water heater has a little problem that Rheem said I could easily fix – four tiny screws and you’re done! Huh! Not so much. After spending two hours on the phone with a technician walking me through the installation, she eventually admitted she, nor anyone in her office, had actually replaced the part. Nice! But I am tenacious and so I continued forth connecting wires, taking things out, pulling things apart, rebuilding, intent on making a better, stronger, more efficient water heater. The moment finally came to flip the water back on and the technician will come later this week. Yes, water went everywhere and my efforts were for naught. Nothing is easy on the mountain.
Wishing all of you a wonderful Christmas!
Then the Grinch thought of something he hadn’t before! What if Christmas, he thought, doesn’t come from a store. What if Christmas…perhaps…means a little bit more!
